Chanhassen High School principal arrested in child-porn case

Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) agents arrested Dorway, 44, at his home in Victoria on Dec. 13, 2016. Dorway was arrested without incident and booked into the Carver County Jail on suspicion of possessing pornography involving minors. BCA agents with the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC) arrested Mr. Dorway following the execution of search warrants at Mr. Dorways residence and at Chanhassen High School in Chanhassen where Mr. Dorway is the principal. The warrants were executed with assistance from investigators with the Carver County Sheriffs Office. The BCAs investigation is active and ongoing. Charges in this case are pending.
Agents with BCA’s Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force had earlier executed search warrants at Dorway’s residence and at Chanhassen High School. Carver County Sheriff’s Department investigators assisted with the warrants.
The investigation is active, according to the BCA, and charges are pending.
