Warrant issued for car prowler who was caught in the act

Duluth, MN (NNCNOw.com) — A warrant has been issued for a St. Paul man who was supposed to be arraigned on Friday in Duluth; however, he failed to show up.
Authorities nabbed Nicholas Pincombe back in November 2015 while in the act.

Police responded to the area of 8th Ave. E and 4th St. in Duluth around 1:30 a.m. on a Saturday on reports of a person suspiciously hanging around a vehicle.
Duluth police and a Minnesota State Trooper responded to the call to find Pincombe inside a vehicle with stolen items.
He faces charges for tampering with a vehicle, damaging property and stealing.
Pincombe has an extensive criminal history in Minnesota, including multiple felonies for stealing vehicles, robbery and damaging property.
