I’d sure like to be a juror on this trial….I dislike dealers as much, if not more, than dopers.

Carlton, Co. (NNCNOW.com) — A Minnesota family’s case against a methadone clinic will be heard by a Jury in November.
A pre–trial hearing was held in Carlton County Court on Monday for the Lingren family who is seeking punitive damages after their son, Mitchell Lingren, was hit and killed by a driver under the influence of a controlled substance.

The incident happened in October 2012.
Inside Vanessa Briggan’s car, officers found a nearly empty bottle of methadone with a prescription from Pinnacle Recovery Services based in Brainerd.
The Lingrens filed a lawsuit against the methadone clinic asking for punitive damages.
The jury trial is set for November 2.
